Facilities built for high-density compute.
AI has rewritten the rules for power, cooling, and cabling. We design new facilities, retrofit existing rooms, and plan colocation and edge footprints that can handle tomorrow’s rack densities.

Frequently asked questions
How is an AI data center different from a traditional one?
GPU racks can draw 40 to more than 130 kW, many times a traditional rack. That changes everything from power distribution and UPS sizing to cooling, which increasingly means direct-to-chip liquid cooling or rear-door heat exchangers.
Can you retrofit our existing data center for GPUs?
Often, yes. We assess available power, cooling capacity, floor loading and cabling, then design a retrofit plan or recommend colocation for the highest-density racks.
Do you help with data center migrations?
Yes. We map application dependencies, build move groups, plan cutovers with rollback steps, and handle rack-and-stack, decommissioning and asset disposition.
Should we build, use colocation or move to the cloud?
We compare total cost of ownership, timelines, risk and growth plans for each option and recommend the mix that fits your workloads, often a hybrid of on-premises, colocation and cloud.
What documentation do you deliver?
High-level and low-level designs, rack elevations, power and cooling models, bills of materials, cabling standards and as-built documentation your team can own.
Planning a new build or a retrofit?
Share your target density, timeline, and site constraints. We will turn it into a facility plan and a bill of materials.
